a vermillion twilight

a remake of this drawing, from almost exactly a year ago~
I'm quite happy with this picture now, and I eagerly hope that a year from now, I'll have improved even more
this is my character, Vermillion Rose
for now, she's purely a face. no story, no emotion, no personality whatsoever

oh, and the original design was made by Guswls ^^


bit by bit, I'm abandoning lines!! 
but I'm not sure how good or bad this is :c
I like lines
I love lines
but every time I draw, they feel more and more... wrong
like they shouldn't be there... like they don't belong...
like they're... limitting.
does that even make any sense?...
